Our Refund/Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected things come up at the last moment but as a small business, we have to be firm about our refund policy. At Sociable Art, we require a 48 hour notice of cancellation of your registration to receive a refund minus the processing charge. We have a good reason for this. A lot of preparation goes into Sociable Art events behind the scenes prior to the actual date of the event including pre-sketching of your canvas in many cases. It is important for us to know exactly how many guests are attending. Our venues also base staffing on our guest totals, so we need to be accurate in advance. Also, if the class is sold out and you cancel at the last minute, we won't have the opportunity to refill your seat. This is a small, independently owned business and each registration counts. I hope you understand the reasoning behind our policy. Also, I we have fewer registrations than our required minimum for a venue, we reserve the right to cancel with 48 hours notice and full refunds issued for those already registe
